DIY intuos 4 Cintiq Jitter workaround and solution

I've followed Tabletmod.com to build my own 10" cintiq.
I got a universal controller from ebay and a LTN106W2-L01 Samsung monitor.
Everything went fine until i actually started using the diy cintiq.
The problem was RANDOM CLICKS AND JITTER along the top 1" of the screen.
Things I have tried that didnt work.
-Change computers
-Change USB cable
-Change VGA cable
-Switch to DVI adapter -> VGA
-Shielding cable with aluminum foil
-Shielding controller with aluminum foil
-Moving the controller board around on the back 
-Putting magnets along the top of the lcd
-Putting an anti-static bag over the top of the lcd
-Recognition mode
-Rerouting the ccfl cable
-Change screen colors
-Change screen background
-Grounding and probing around the board both controller and lcd
Things that might've solved it with the biggest difference in order.
#1 -Change the Screen refresh rate to 75hz
#2 -Add a Strip of foil around the top and bottom of the top board on the lcd.
#3 -Extend the strip of aluminum to 1/8" over the top of the screen
#4 -Disable both buttons on the pen
#5 -Change the pressure sensitivity to firm
#6 -shifting the screen up so the top is near the edge of the tablet's hot spot.

Here's a cheapstakes way to make one with common materials.

Diy fishtank water return

The return on the tank's water was too strong and it was a constant sandstorm in there. My solution was to diffuse the outlet to reduce the pressure of the current. A pvc pipe was drilled about every inch and stuck the return hose into the pvc pipe. The mount was made from a wire clothes hanger that has a rubber coating on it. Simplest diy yet.

Make a Vertical aquarium extension

Possibly my most innovative diy. This adds about 2 gallons to your existing tank. The fishes can swim above your tank's water level! I am planning to make the base with acrylic since it looks so ugly the way i have made it.

There are many good tutorials on there about how to make a fire fope dart. All you need is a ball of kevlar wick at the end of a rope.
Remember those paper snakes you made when you were in elementary school? The wick can be braided like that and compressed with a screw and a nut.

This speaker was made from a color contact lens bottle and a earphone. They were both combined with a wire like how a wine bottle's cork is held in place.

Make a keyboard slide out for a computer table

A computer table is a computer table because it is specialized in someway for computers. When the keyboard was placed on the top of the table, my back and shoulder got injured because of the position. Having the keyboard right on top of your lap is a more natural position for typing. Used a drawer slider, pieces of wood, and L brackets to make a slider for the keyboard. o

Cressida diy front suspension

I have a 88 toyota cressida and the shocks for all 4 sides are completely dead. This car had a system called 'TEMS' toyota electro magnetic suspension. This allows you to change the car's stiffness to normal or sports from the inside of the car. This system has been long gone during the 90s. They do not manufacture or sell it anymore for the cressidas. The rear ones that say exc. Electronically controlled suspension were able to fit. As for the front, the struts were too long for the one that says exc. electronically controlled system. Ive read that supras had the same struts but no luck with that as well. I was not able to find any that is made for the cressida that would work.
The closest match to this was the 1991 sw20 mr2 "rear" struts. So i had to diy this into my cressy.
The mr2 rear struts are a tad too short and it clunks around so the extra spaces have to be filled.
I used a hose clamp to fill the top diameter.
The bottom was filled with duct tape and a rubber bushing was cut in half to fill the length.
